Reservations are recommended in advance, particularly on cruise days and during peak season.
Adult and child tickets are priced equally.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road or tunnel closures, traffic, or cruise schedule changes.
Tours are planned to fit typical cruise port visit times, but guests are responsible for returning to the bus at the scheduled departure time.
Stops are independent and unguided. Walking surfaces may be uneven or slippery, so suitable footwear is recommended.
Participants are responsible for their own safety outside the vehicle, and children remain the responsibility of accompanying adults.
The company is not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, cruise departures, accommodation, or other travel expenses, and is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left on the bus.
Valid travel insurance is recommended.
